About FMF:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Field Medical Foundation (FMF) has been operating in Yemen for since 2012 during even the most dangerous peak of the conflict in the region. Our staff of dedicated professionals and passionate volunteers are the helping hand that delivers aid from local and\/or international partners to those who require it the most, in a country that was already suffering before the war. Today we have helped humanitarian aid reach the hands of more than 9 million vulnerable people in Yemen to help them not only to survive but also to rebuild their lives. We aim to provide a comprehensive approach to providing aid through interventions, which is why we work in almost all sectors of international emergency relief.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1<\/strong>. <\/strong>Procurement<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases<\/p>\n

\u2022 Create and maintain good relationships with vendors\/suppliers<\/p>\n

\u2022 Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain records\/ tracker of purchases, pricing, and other important data<\/p>\n

\u2022 Review and analyze all vendors\/suppliers, supply, and price options<\/p>\n

\u2022 Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies<\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Receive PRs, and handle all procurement process.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Create and maintain serial number for all PRs.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain well archiving (hard & soft) for procurement documents.<\/p>\n

2<\/strong>– <\/strong>Fleet<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure maintenance and inspection for all rented vehicles are carried out on regular basis. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all drivers are trained and oriented on relevant FMF\u2019s rules and code of conduct.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all safety items\/ tools are available in all rented vehicles.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Carry out daily check up on vehicles (use checkup list).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Responsible on handle all requests related to vehicles and complete all rental process according to FMF\u2019s policy as well as its claim which should be submitted to finance on monthly basis.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure well archiving for all agreements (Hard & Soft).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain fleet tracker which has to be updated and shared with senior logistic officer by 1st of each month.<\/p>\n

3<\/strong>– <\/strong>Assets<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all assets are recorded and have ID number.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure comply with FMF\u2019s policy and use the required forms in using, transporting and handing over the assets to staff.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain assets register which has to be updated and shared with senior logistic officer by 1st of each month.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Carry out yearly physical count to assets and well archiving for.<\/p>\n

4<\/strong>– <\/strong>Warehouse<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all standards of warehouse are applied.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure items are stored in the warehouse as per FMF policy & procedures.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Familiar with the WFP HTS site for waybills confirming & Lastmile application for scanning waybills.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure materials are stored and arranged in an orderly manner in terms of grant, item category and similarity, ease of accessibility, and frequency of item\u2019s movement with the objective of optimum utilization of storage space.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all materials on the warehouse are placed in a clean and neat manner.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Organizes and conducts monthly and annual inventory.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Follow the procedures of receive and release goods and use the respective forms.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring the quantity and quality of materials during delivery and check with the raised PR\u2019s and asking Confirmation for quality of coming materials from the requested department.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure all transactions are reflected on warehouse register.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure use serial number for all GRNs.<\/p>\n
