Lahj<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"34\" data-lineheight=\"44\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 19px;\">Deadline: 14 Mar 2020<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work closely with district coordinator , coordinator assistant will assist to implement the following duties : \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assistance in Formation the community committees in the targeted areas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct orientation, for the community committees about project, aim of project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow up registration phases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the coordinator in Prepare distribution plan by collaboration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solve the problems in the field during the distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit daily distribution report to coordinator and food security officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure the beneficiaries receive their foodstuff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other assignments as directed by the line manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assistance in data entry and database management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree a discipline relevant to food security.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">+2years of relevant work experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work experience in food security projects is preferable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previous experience working for an NGO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Familiar with information management systems and databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good English skill written and spoken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to prepare budget, write proposal and write reports in English is required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org ) with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Food Security District Coordinator Assistant (Food security project) Location: Taiz ,Hadramout &amp;
