font-size: 19px;\">Deadline: 14 Mar 2020<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop food distribution plans and timetables in coordination with district coordinators under close supervision from the food security officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare accurate lists of targeted areas\/villages\/neighborhoods for food distribution with detailed justifications in close collaboration with the district coordinators, under close supervision from the food security officer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist food security officer indirectly supervise field processes to ensure effective and smooth food distribution in the FDPs in the targeted districts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop a comfortable, smooth and organized mechanism for food distribution to beneficiary households in collaboration with the deputy project manager and food security officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in follow up on sound and comfortable environment in the food distribution points<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure timely preparation of the activity including community information, input distribution and training plan, briefing\/training of local partners (if any) and carrying out logistical and administrative arrangements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor, evaluate and suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of project activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Responsible for identification the registered beneficiary households lists in collaboration with the data entry assistant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in Issue stock requests according to daily distribution plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in plan and follow up on the activities of the food distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the breakdown of the budget of daily labor wages (organizers, clerks, and porters\u2026etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in paying the wages of daily labor and ensure proper invoicing in close collaboration with the food security officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Directly supervise the work of District Coordinators, distribution clerks, organizers,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Schedule regular visits to beneficiaries of food security and FDPs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Train staff on the relevant subject.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide briefings and debriefings for field staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide monthly staff assessment for supervised staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide daily food distribution reports during the distribution period and submit to the food security officer.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assistant and follow up on the implementation of the activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other assignments as directed by the line manager. \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree a discipline relevant to food security<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">+2 years of relevant work experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work experience in food security projects is preferable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previous experience working for an NGO.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Familiar with information management systems and databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong English and Arabic skills, written and spoken.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to prepare budget, write proposal and write reports in English is
