Responsible for project planning, reporting, and budget management<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop work plans, reporting mechanisms and training plan using the project-monitoring tool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Frequent supervision travel to the field<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Putting the plan and the mechanism for beneficiary selection process based on the criteria set by the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Community mobilization through establish community committees.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Attend FSAC cluster\/coordination meetings relevant to the project<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Works with the M&amp;E officer to implement and maintain prescribed reporting systems to monitor and evaluate the objectives, indicators and outcomes and ensure accurate and timely data collection at the field level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide technical guidance on the overall strategy for project design and management<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and submit regular reports (interim and final technical and financial report )<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct market assessment and identify potential vendors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in food security related assessment missions<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct baseline and end line assessment<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Capture lessons learned from monitoring and evaluations, document success stories, and replicate successful projects and scale up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lead the Conduction of rapid assessment to identify specific operational village and carry out food security need assessments<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organizing tender for food supply including tender announcement<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Maintain open lines of communications with all field staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Design and print IEC material and banner<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contribute to the creation of a positive image and overall credibility of the foundation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain flexibility to take on added responsibility as and when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SKILLS &amp;
