the project team was represented by Dr. Erzak Sulaiman, the Project’s Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Mr. Abdulrahman Faree, Communication for Development Officer and Dr. Hisham Fadhel, Project Coordinator in Abyan Governorate, in a supervisory visit to Zanzibar Hospital. To monitor and supervise the work in the clinic and to ascertain the role of services provided by the clinic team and methods of taking anthropometric measurements and review records and reports, and to know the difficulties and obstacles that accompany the team of the clinic.

C4D has also provided health education on seasonal diseases, as well as explained the ways to use dietary supplements for the beneficiaries present during the service of the clinic, which is the activity in the provision of awareness service in conjunction with the treatment service.
