Job discribution :

·        Work closely with district coordinator , coordinator assistant will assist to implement the following duties :    

·       Assistance in Formation the community committees in the targeted areas

·         Conduct orientation, for the community committees about project, aim of project.

·        Follow up registration phases.

·         Assist the coordinator in Prepare distribution plan by collaboration.

·        Solve the problems in the field during the distribution.

·        Submit daily distribution report to coordinator and food security officer.

·        Ensure the beneficiaries receive their foodstuff.

·        Any other assignments as directed by the line manager.

·        Assistance in data entry and database management.

Qualifications:

·        University degree in medicine and/or Public Health or degree in management with experience in health care, hospitals or a related field

·        At least 2 years field experience, of which at least one year in managing and coordinating health projects nutrition

·        Strong analytical skills, oral and written communication and team building skills

Competencies:

·        Ability to prioritize, organize according to need and changes in the project

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Ability to work under pressure
